• Tours are 1 hour and begin at 7:30 or 9 P.M.

• There are no restrooms at the tour site, please use the facilities before you arrive

• This tour is for ages 12+, use your discretion in bringing children. One price for all, general admission $20

• We do not operate in dangerous or threatening weather

• Be ready to walk over uneven surfaces, bring an umbrella if needed, part of the tour is outdoors

• Bug spray provided in season

• We are a story telling ghost tour, not a ghost hunting tour. You may bring your own ghost hunting equipment as long as it is non disruptive to the performance. Ghost Hunting phone apps encouraged!

• Photo taking is encouraged! (Continual video/audio recording is not allowed)

• Please silence your phones for the tour

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchange credits only, unless severe weather causes cancellation

• Tour includes lights out dark segments + potential paranormal occurrences which can be frightening

• Uneven terrain and stairs, primitive structure. Not recommended or available for mobility challenged.

• Indoor spaces can be musty, masks advised

• Tour enters Dowling House and the Manual building, visits outside at Nicholas Dowling house and foundry.

• Group size limited to 14, no pets, no smoking

• Drunk or disruptive guests will be discharged with no refund
